About Founder
Daniel J. Brooker, M.S. is a Food Scientist who has consulted with major food companies since 1997. Daniel has a Masters Degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Chapman University and a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from California State University Long Beach. He uses an extensive database and industry contacts to obtain and calculate accurate Nutrition Facts and prepare correct ingredient statements that comply with the NLEA (including new trans-fat and allergen declaration requirements) for your food labels. He is member of the IFT (Institute of Food Technologists) and ACS (American Chemical Society). He is also associated with a Food Law Attorney who specializes in FDA food label compliance reviews.
